How to bake a pie with tomatoes

You will need

  • 250 gr. flour,
  • 3 eggs,
  • 120 gr. butter,
  • 4 tomatoes,
  • 1 squash,
  • 2 tbsp. l olive oil,
  • 2 bulbs,
  • 1-2 cloves of garlic,
  • 2 tbsp. l.rubno parsley,
  • 100 gr. grated cheese
  • 150 gr. sour cream
  • red pepper, salt to taste,
  • vegetable oil.

We take a deep bowl, put flour in it, break one egg, add soft butter, 3 tbsp. l water, salt and knead the dough well. We roll the dough into a ball, wrap it in a linen napkin and put it in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Wash zucchini well and cut into circles, wash tomatoes too, take deep dishes and pour boiling water over tomatoes for 1/2 minute, remove them from water and carefully remove skin, chop tomato flesh into thin plates. Fry tomatoes and zucchini in a pan on both sides separately from each other. Peel the onions and garlic, finely chop and fry in a frying pan. Fried onion, garlic, finely chopped parsley, grated cheese, break two eggs, add sour cream, red pepper, salt and mix well.

Make thin tortillas out of dough and put them in a greased mold Pierce the cake with a fork, put the tomatoes and zucchini there. And pour the sour cream mixed with eggs on top. Send tomato pie to a preheated oven to 190 degrees for 40 minutes.
