How to cook stewed cabbage?

Stewed cabbage with beans in a slow cooker

Ingredients:

Cooking:

  1. White cabbage finely shred, onions and carrots clean, wash and grind.
  2. We put carrots and onions in a multicooker bowl and fry them in vegetable oil for 5 minutes in the “frying” or “baking” mode.
  3. We add cabbage, beans, spices and tomato paste to the roasted vegetables, mix and continue cooking in the "stewing" mode.
  4. After 50 minutes the finished dish served to the table.

Brussels sprouts with vegetables

Ingredients:

  • 300 g of Brussels sprouts noodles;
  • 2 carrots;
  • 2 onions;
  • 0.5 tbsp. water;
  • parsley;
  • salt;
  • pepper;
  • vegetable oil.

Cooking:

  1. Clean and wash carrots and onions, grind them. Onions cut into cubes, grate carrots.
  2. Fry onion with carrots in a pan with vegetable oil.
  3. Cabbage dumps cut in half and spread to the roasted vegetables. Add spices and water, cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
  4. Add chopped parsley to the dish and continue stewing for another 2 minutes.
  5. Served as a side dish or as an independent dish.

Sauerkraut in pots

Ingredients:

  • 300 grams of lean pork;
  • 300 g sauerkraut;
  • 500 g fresh cabbage;
  • 1 carrot;
  • 1 onion;
  • 2 tbsp. l tomato paste;
  • butter;
  • greenery;
  • salt;
  • spice.

Cooking:

  1. Fresh vegetables wash, clean and chop.
  2. Stew sauerkraut stew about 8 minutes. Then, in a separate frying pan until half cooked, stew shredded fresh cabbage.
  3. Onions and carrots fry in butter, and wash the meat and cut into small pieces.
  4. Put all the ingredients in pots in layers: meat, onion with carrot, fresh cabbage, sauerkraut.Each layer is seasoned with spices, herbs and salt.
  5. Put the pots in a hot oven for an hour and a half.
