Then click the link "User Accounts", and in the window that opens - the link "Manage another account." Click the Create Account button, enter a username, select an account type, and click the second Create Account button.
If you have Windows 8 / 8.1, to create a username, you need to act differently. Move the cursor along the right side of the screen and select "Options". Click on the "Change computer settings" link in the panel that appears. On the screen that opens, go to the section "Accounts", and in it - in the subsection "Other accounts".
Click the Add Account button. By default, you are prompted to enter an email address to create a Microsoft account, but you can also create a local account — to do this, click the “Sign in without Microsoft account” link, and then click the “Local account” button. Enter your username, password (optional) and click "Next" and then "Done."
