Dried parsley root

Frozen Parsley Root

You can save parsley in the winter by freezing. First you need to wash the roots, separated from the stems, and then carefully dry them on a paper towel. After that, cut them in half and skip through an electric meat grinder with a shredder attachment. Spread the obtained pieces of roots into containers or plastic bags, and then put them in the freezer and take them out as needed.
