Wrote an application for land ownership. The local administration refused, due to the fact that my garage is not a major structure. Tell me, please, how to be. You probably assumed that you were filling the ravine (without coordinating it with anyone), putting the garage (without any rights to the plot), and renting the land (it is not clear what the purpose of the land is, how it is marked on the master plan, what of this land there are encumbrances, etc.) will you then buy it back into ownership for 2.5% of the cadastral value? Unfortunately, there are no such easy ways of obtaining land in our country. Take the land for rent (and be sure to be under construction), build it for 3 years, then put it into operation, receive a certificate of ownership of the property, and only after that you will be able to claim the purchase of land under this property. And even better - contact the lawyers, and practicing in this area of ​​law.
